Re: Duratrax Evader
The second revision came by way of another Evader that was in much better condition. Again a complete teardown and rebuild. The second car's chassis and arms were almost perfect. A plus was all the original electronics. A like new Duratrax dtxc3300 photon speed 20t was included. Other than an origin...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Came across a nice little bundle. I think the Race Prep motors are really cool! Good memories of the local fast guys.

Re: Losi JRXT for A&L Roadkill Body
Here is the Roadkill body uncut and no decals. The Slot Machine motor seemed a good fit for this build.

Re: Losi JRXT for A&L Roadkill Body
Here is the body cut, decaled, and with a wing. I'm not sure if it looks better with the decals/wing or without.

Re: Mugen Athlete 1/8 Build
Some updates to this build - I've added some vintage Airtronics servos to put in place all the linkages and also finally found the Mugen Uno engine and EFRA-053 muffler to complete the build.

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
I’ve been messing around with the idea of making a Comical Jrx2 on paper before I cut up a chassis. https://i.postimg.cc/jdDmZqLH/A93-E7-B6-A-43-C6-4975-96-B9-824-A1970-AEAF.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/bNSV16BL/13-C7568-A-7-A02-498-F-91-EB-C55588-BF6182.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/J0G66K4r/44-CE93-AD-2-C5...

Re: One old and very aftermarket RC10
I believe the Renegade Stage 2 is the one he offers now. They fit the Andy's chassis shape. The Renegade was for the rc10 tub shape.

Lightz Oval Conversion
It's been a while since I built an RC10. So I figured it was finally time to open a NIP Lightz oval conversion I've had for many years. There's nothing fancy on this one and I built it as more of a gearbox club racer. - Lightz oval conversion chassis - RPM 1.96 Stealth conversion - Barracuda slipper...

I agree, Niki's .89 tower should be perfect for that combo. We have them listed here....

That is a 10T oval tower, for lowering a truck and using buggy (.56 and .71) shocks.MarkyDents wrote: ↑Sun Aug 13, 2023 6:21 pm 5DF83386-DCAE-4982-9E8D-1078E868DBCC.jpeg
Hey is that this tower Jeff ? Sorry I know the pic is a terrible angle….. it’s all I’ve got atm![]()
The Quadra tower looks like a shorter RPM tower.

RC10B4 Blue Anodized Project
This project started with a new partially assembled RC10B4. This could be the stealthiest RC10 of all time. Except for the shocks, this is as blacked out as a buggy can be! I came across blue anodized suspension arms for the B4 (not sure who the maker was) and was intrigued by the idea of adding som...
