Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Found this cheap for the Traxxas SRT. Think it'll look better than the black top plate.

Re: TRX-1 Build (CAD)
I printed the chassis in two parts. I think I only have to change a few minor things and I am ready to send this out to be made.
I found a supplier that has 25 deg front kick-up.

Re: Old School Rocket Car Build
That's awesome it survived the maiden voyage. Putting a solid object behind the car will increase the thrust as it gives the car something to push off of.

Re: Create a Porsche 934 replica in 4 steps
Thanks Chuck! Back in the day, I designed and built a rear motor, straight axle, pan car for oval racing - I wanted to try something different. It featured a 4-link rear suspension and beam front axle arrangement. I spent weeks building it and raced it one time. I really didn't like the handling so ...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
A nice Composite Craft chassis RC10 showed up. The only real bummer is that 4 extra holes got added for a JRX2 battery cup. I guess I'll get some practice filling holes. . RCCA carbon chassis RC10 build
I built this RC 10 in the early 90’s while I was working at RC Car Action mag. Dig it out the other day. Had Tekin 410k esc. Carbon fiber tub chassis. Anodized old style shock bodies from Associated. Reedy motor. Did an article about it but don’t have the issues around.
