Re: SG Coyote improvements
5mm aluminium centre drive shaft finished. Very lightweight.
I can confirm that it moves just enough to be removed from the chassis as described in a previous post. No more time wasting spur gear changes.- Sun Nov 13, 2022 8:00 pm

Re: WOIN XLS runner
Sorry been a bit slack posting up on this😬 Time for the top front arms I looked at using the bosscat top arms, but the geometry was totally different so I’ve gone for the old school mod to get front camber adjustment. Take 2 original top arms, 2 rear gearbox spacers, 2 x 24mm turnbuckles and 2 ball ...

Re: SERPENT 988e Taipan
Problems with the printer last week-end, PTFE tube that wanted to be extruded... and breakage when dismantling the nozzle... cuttin of one of the two wires of the thermistor... so ordering new parts, it will have to wait for the sequel. I had done a lot of stuff before trouble started. Still haven't...

Re: Sand Rover, Tamiya's unlovable child
It's only the mother in law come to look at puppies so I'll continue . After the pre amble I've got to the point in the build when I've got the tingle as I can see where it's going , I've just got the tires on and and I've made some wheel trims that point the way so I thought I'd share . https://i.i...

Cliff Lett 'prototype 4wd RC10 'picture - early 1987
I have posted this up on a couple of Fb group pages earlier today and I was rather surprised at how many people studied and comment upon it. A friend of mine was a freelance journalist who wrote for the two big RC magazines in the UK, and was at the Reedy Spring International held at Romsey in 1987....

Re: Scr8p's Worlds Rere #8 - Jconcepts Goodies - 2023 Spring INS race l
Update time...
I was held up on a few parts for this for a little bit. Now that it's pretty much all here it was time to get it closer to completion. Gonna be racing it next month.

RCCA carbon chassis RC10 build
I built this RC 10 in the early 90’s while I was working at RC Car Action mag. Dig it out the other day. Had Tekin 410k esc. Carbon fiber tub chassis. Anodized old style shock bodies from Associated. Reedy motor. Did an article about it but don’t have the issues around.

Trimmed the adapter down a bit more. Shows more of the shock body.
Looking better?

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - May 2023 ** - Winner - morrisey0
My JRX2 I recently put together. May not be perfect but as a few neat period goodies like RPM front bulkhead, A&L steering and Power clutch.
I really need a better place to take pictures of these cars.
