someone posted a link to a bearing supplier for the front wheels. They were cheap as heck.. $1 each.. Was it hoopty?? Can ya repost it? I can't find the thread:( Thanks
Wow, never knew about Avid. I've used Boca Bearing in the past. They have a 99 cent bearing store plus free shipping if you spend over 12 bucks (I think).
just as a heads up, the bearings in that link aren't for front wheels at all. those are the ones to use if your gonna convert your rear axles to 3/16", using a standard rc10 buggy hub carrier. if your gonna use the org. 3 piece, 1 piece tq, or pretty much any other older rim for an rc10, you need 3/16" x 5/16" flanged bearings. if your gonna use 3 piece c.e./worlds, b2/b3, losi, or any truck wheel, you need 3/8" x 3/16" plain bearings.
Just getting my rc10 ready for this weekends racing and noticed one of my front wheel bearings has crumbled... They are the flanged type but even a non flanged bearing of the same size would do at a push. So do any of the UK based guys know of a...
Also I have had a search around the forums and it seems that the duratrax wheels are the only 2.2 available now is this correct?
Thanks

The CVD axles from the RC10GT will fit any wheels that use 3/16 x3/8 bearings. I'll be doing this when I get around to rebuilding my buggy, in order to run Dirt Hawgs. The other option is to get some dogbones to work with the spare 3/16 axles I...
In a recent trade I obtained what use to be a RC10L2 however it has a wider custom chassis plate, a custom made Kaydex rear brace and in-line front axles. The front axle part number is 8443. I had a set of 10L wheels in my parts stash but they have...

Thank you very much. Old eyes and impatience is getting to me these days. RC10Talk is my oracle of all things Associated! :D
i've four different sets of front wheels for original classic gold pans, and one set of 30 year old bearings. they still spin like crazy but with Avid's great prices on bearings, i can afford a buck each bearing to get kitted up with some newer...
So everyone said these would fit. Just got them in the mail..
The rears fit, but there is no way in the world the fronts fit. All my bearings are too big on the outside diameter. I thought these were a direct fit the the RC10.. I thought that was...

I have several sets of these wheels. They have held up exceptionally well - even through multiple acetone baths.
Hello everyone! I'm brand new to the forums here and I'm building a ridiculous RC10.
I am relatively new to the rc hobby scene. I have built a nice Quadcopter from scratch, designed and fabbed the frame etc, I have a HPI E10 (first RC car).
I'm...

Who cares about whether or not the end result is drivable? Why does it matter if you end up with a completely useless piece of garbage? As long as barely nudging the throttle results in a chain reaction that first destroys every drivetrain component...
hey guys, new to the forum and a new owner to a 10t black pan. I'm using the truck to whoop on some state of the art machines at the local track but it seems the tires are well past their glory days. Can I use T4 front and rear wheels such as these?

The offset of the rims have not changed in the entire run from the 10t through the T4.1- as long as you switch to the 3/16 axels your good to go-
i just received my order from tower hobby and i ordered front wheels for a b4.1 thinking they would fit my rc10 but they have the hex piece in the front and no spot for the bearings to go. i thought i read some where that the b4.1 wheels fit?

Why would anyone want to do the front hex conversion? You are stuck using trailing steering. I prefer inline.
