RC10resto just sold an ultra molded bell cranks set on eBay but I didn't see that thingamabob on the top of the screws, is that some kind of brace?

its the upper wishbone of an rpm ultramolded chassis with the 'bones' cut off.

Yes, and I still have the brace (black & cut) if anybody needs one.

that's a custom works rack mounted on a Barts/R.D. ENT. front shock tower. I use that rack on all my custom works cars. Dynotech makes a nice Ball bearing version of that rack as well that I have on a car.
