i have a set n.i.p. that i got in a mislabeled ebay auction and i also have a set of the purple chrome baja rims too. don't ask because they are not for sale, talk about the holy grail of vintage 90's truck wheels and tires.

i purchased a rpm 10t off eBay, missing some rpm parts, even though they guy said every thing was rpm, :roll:
it was completely covered in red clay.. even the shock oil was red... eww... but i got what i wanted, a rpm ultra truck that wasn't so...

I was doing some thinking last night and am in the middle of a graphite worlds build and i though heck why couldnt a guy use a t2 chassis to build a worlds style buggy? You would have a 2.6 trans newer atyle pan with the higher ground clearance on...

Did you redrill the pan to use the older style stealth? Or you come up with a diffrent style trans brace? My biggest thing i was thinking would be cool is the use of a more modern 2.6 ratio transmissions that the t2 had to offer

I know it's blasphemous to do... but I did it anyway. Still have my best original white parts cleaned and on the shelf for another build. These were the more dinged / discolored parts that didn't clean up as well.

Anyway, on to the idea... PURPLE....

Here is the start of a modern take on the RC10T. I just had the chassis anodized. I did some rounding and sanding work to it prior to anodizing. I will be installing modern electronics, as well as new vintage upgrades. It will be a bit of a mash up...

Haven't posted in a while. I traded a worn out Serpent for this worn out Monster Buggy a couple of years ago, been sitting in the closet ever since. No body, busted roll cage and a bag full of transmission parts and a carburetor.

Here is my very nice, sorta, Monster buggy.

I cant recall when these came out late 80s early 90s? 1/6th scale, there was also an on road version, wish I had that.

Mine has not been ran much or bashed, i ran it once several tanks many years ago....
