Gorgeous collection! Where do you find those aluminum wheels?

Everyone around here knows what a tecnacraft whore I am. the wheels on my 6010 came from Melvin in a trade for some larger size tecna's. Most came from a hobby shop in Salinas where they were originally made.

In Salinas...thats cool. my family hx is all over that area. Many of the pics in the mission of the old ranch hands and cowboys---(Indians and mexicans) are of my family. My Great Grandfather was born on the Salinas indian reservation... :mrgreen: im Registered Salinas Indian---Its a break off of the CHUMASH... :mrgreen: I was just a kid when a was there. One day i would like to take my boys there....

That's cool that you have ties to the area. Salinas isn't what it used to be. Lots of gang activity and shootings.

Nice collection!

I like your improvised showroom. I need to do something like this when I ever get some of my RC10's done.

Once I get my collection cleaned up I will probably do another show room at Tamiyaclub. Until then it's just as easy to list the photos like this.

Yeah,when I lived in PaloAlto some of my family drives were to Salinas.lots of fruit markets,great deals in 1978,great scenery too. to bad such things go BAD. JohnnySr
