JPS Tremor CLODBUSTER, action pics added 6/19
Well, since I got my High Lift last week I've been in a total RC build frenzy. Tonight I brought to life one of several projects I have on the table now. As you can see from the background, I'm a very organized worker. Here's a sneak peak of the nearly finished first project. It's my JPS axled Thunder Tech Tremor Clodbuster. I owned this chassis years ago, used it a lot, sold it, missed it, bought another Tremor, sold it, this one fell into Hansolo99's hands, he put it on ebay with a BIN, and I got it back! I've had it for over a year now, it's finally DONE! Just got to finish the decals on the body, make some rear chassis guards to protect the cf and a few other small adjustments. This ain't gonna be no shelf queen!
The High Lift is nearly complete as well. Tomorrow I start painting the body, and maybe take it for a test run through the kitchen to see how it's working. Then, a couple RC10 projects to finish up/change around.
Anyway, the RC geek bug has infected me, just wanted to start sharing with my fellow RC geeks. I'll post finished projects with more pics as they get done.

Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.

Wha, wha, what?? You whiper snappers! That's a Tamiya Clodbuster you're looking at!
A very heavily modified Clodbuster. It's got JPS axles, a Thunder Tech Tremor chassis, and a bunch of other aftermarket parts. The only Tamiya parts left on it are the counter gears, counter gear shafts, tires and decals. And, it is fast. It's got twin 17x2 motors. It's almost ready, I did a little more tweaking on it last night, it should definintely be ready for a full-blown thrash session next weekend.

It's not 100% done in this pic. And, since I've been working on it off and on for over a year now, I can barely stand to not post any pics of it yet. It WILL be all the way done by the end of the week. Just a few tiny things left to finish, then I'll make a nice new post in the non-RC10 section with TONS of pics. Oh, and if the weather holds, I'll be tearing up Prospect Park in Brooklyn with it next weekend too, so there should be some good action shots to come as well.Asso_man! wrote:X2badhoopty wrote:whats up with just showing like a wheel anyway? pffft.
Yeah, the body is a Proline C-10 Long body, not a stock Clod body. This chassis is 19" long, not many bodies fit it, luckily Proline made a long version of the C10.
