Losi guy's attempt at a RC10
well this is the little brother to the RC10T in the other thread. its not done I have a new body on the way. and to make it cool it needed some Losi added to it, so some Losi aluminum wheels on the way. I think they will look good on the shelf together.

I'm not sure if it's the beer I've been drinking, but the photos look out of focus, but I need a few more
Looks good so far!

Re: Losi guy's attempt at a RC10
apparently a few more beer worked, I see clear photos now
It's very nice. I pretty much have this exact setup with the exception of the green parts, mine is a graphite one. Everything else is identical, down to which parts you dyed black and the black towers . I like the green chassis, in fact I painted the body of my that color green. Very cool!

Thanks but I didnt dye it, I was lucky enough to get a nice parts car with all of the black parts, and a matching truck. I just got two of treehuggers green chassis and rebuilt them.vintage AE wrote:apparently a few more beer worked, I see clear photos now![]()

Re: Losi guy's attempt at a RC10
I am on the fence about running it? I am building the truck and buggy to sit together on my son's shelf, at least till hes a little older. I have another RC10ce that I am thinking of running, its nice but not nice enough for a shelf queen. I have a bunch of Losi runners, it would be cool to have some RC10's to run with them.vintage AE wrote:cool, just looks a lot alike. Are you going to run it?

Re: Losi guy's attempt at a RC10
Ok I have a new Viper body on it, any idea's on a paint sceam? it has to be something that will work on my 10T also I want to make a race team out of them. I think am doing them in Flo. green and black to go with the green chassis, but need Ideas on a pattern. I really like this truck, but as I saw this on here I cant remember who's it is. any Idea? before I rip off his color sceam or something close to it.

bearrickster......if those are the 3 piece wheels in the early pictures, I would love to know the dimensions of the inner rings. I have a set of the green/yellow ones, but no inner rings.

What rims are you going to go with? I kind of think those black ones look pretty good with that green. It is bright. If you ever race it, you wouldn't lose track of it in the shuffle.
Almost looks like the new Dodge "sublime" color. Testors paints actually make a sublime that's licensed by Dodge.
Anyways....it's lookin good so far.
