Brushless System VS Graphite Buggy

Well I was bored today so I put a 4.5 turn Novak Brushless System in my graphite buggy, it has the stealth tranny in it, highy DONT reccomend it. The buggy from a stop would do a backflip or on the off chance wheelie down the street which i thought was cool. So I toom it to the track, theres a LONG straight away so I topped the buggy out before hitting the jump it goes flying throught the air over the fence out of the track crashing down on the front nose piece. Broke both a arms and chipped the crap out of the nose of the buggy. Ill post pics asap.

That is awesome. I wish you had video of it. Sorry to hear about the crack up. Sounds like something that would happen to me.

Should I cut the "bad" secction off the buggy and make a new edge

Nah, just put a bumper on it - or not. Driving (flying?) it like that, it's not going to matter a whole bunch anyway.

Well I cut off the "bad section" a hack saw works amazing for cutting graphite. Im rebuilding everything on it, Ill post pic of the build "Project Shadow" is the build name.

Who put epoxy on it?

Be careful with the hacksaw, the teeth can do more damage and cause further de-lamination and rip through layers rather than cut. A dremel with a good cut-off wheel is preferable.

this dude at the track was like i know just what to do to fix it. so he coverd the end woth epoxy. Oh and I used a super FINE tooth blade on the hack saw, Im going back tomorow and cutting down to my line with the dremel.

if you keep the blade as parallel to the face of the CF you lesson the chances of delaming it
