I have put on a aluminun steering assembly instead of dying the parts black. Now all I need are the shocks.

The rulux wheels have the wrong offset for your original hubs. You can't run the modern offset wheels without making some modifications. Check out the "whats old is new" thread.

Ok so if I use the GT hubs, what degree do I get and what else do I need to make the wheels fit?

check out this build. a minimum of modifications to run B4 wheels.....
