Having your toys on hand, shelfers in living room
Anyone else do oddball stuff like this when you're wife's not at home to protest? She's gone for the day, I have the kids, and I wanted to see more of my shelfers which are usually on the wall by my hobby workbench in the basement.
So I grabbed two and put them on the mantle where we normally have family pictures, hah.

Somewhere here is the "evidence" in a thread, my wife and son were gone for a week, I took over the entire first floor of our house

They were here, but got deleted by accident or deliberately. That was the ultimate example of shelfer representation.Lowgear wrote:Someone find the pictures of tamiyadan's living room museum.

I remember Reg's too because I was totally jealous of the 5 or so what appeared to be new built Team Cars on the buffet table at the same time. I now realize that's probably just a drop in the bucket...
As to the above I generally keep one within eye shot if I'm home or up alone, but nothing permanent...

Looks like deliberately. I hate when people remove their posts or when theres broken image links. I was searching through some old posts the other day and when I found what I was looking for the pictures were no longer available.

my wife would never let me have any cars etc "on display" in the lounge etc. which is fine with me, they all stay in the man-cave with me

there should be a thread where we post photos of our RC cars in places where you wouldn't expect to see them. Kinda like that planking phenomena where photos are takin of people laying across various uneven objects in random place as flat as they can. Now that I typed it out, maybe just an okay idea.
I keep my cars in the entry way for hours at a time when I come inside with them, which I think annoys my wife. I have never had a shelfer yet, but when I do I will but it above the fireplace
