can someone give me a brief synopsis of what the differences are in 0 degree and 3 degree on the rear mounts.

The zero's were pretty much used on oval and on road, the 1.5's and 3 deg were off road use, generally the 10 and 10t is most consistent with the 3 deg mounts and zero deg hub carriers.
