Graphite vs tub
Graphite vs tub
As far as a runner what do you think is better. Graphite AE chassis or a aluminum tub. I've run both in the very, very past but just wondering what would be better against the current crop of plastic cars.

Graphite in my opinion. Just easier access to everything.

good question...I run my gold tub and my jrx both, jrx with the graphite chassis. both are equally competitive on the track, but I have yet to try either on an indoor clay high bite track.
my understanding, most team guys ran the pan, not the graphite plate.

the graphite i would see in dirt oval racing a lot. i even think that cliff lett won some series or race on a graphite chassis.

Masami as well was a big fan of the graphite chassis before 92', they were the Dirt Oval gold standard in NY & PA for years and years-
