The radio I used for this is a MRC Top Gun with a matching esc. Great old school radio IMO. I remember the advertisment in the back of the mrc catalog bitd and always wanted one. I found one last year on craigslist with a tamiya Thunderdragon.
In the end there isn't much left of the original roller except for the rear skid, servo cover and the gearbox case. I tend to get carried away with hop up parts but they can't hang on the wall forever
I love the driver figure, muy excelente! But I'd probably dye the front/rear bumpers black or orange. And I'm undecided on all the KC Hilites. Oh, and you gotta love the frame, is it polished aluminum or plated plastic or what?
