Marui Big Bear question?

Ok looking at the simularities between the big bear and the wild willy from tamiya I got to thinking are parts between the two compatable? I need a gear box and some other parts.

I dont believe they are the same, different manufacturers, I do happen to have a complete Bigbear forsale in my sale thread though.

I do have a question though - why do 50% of modellers keep spelling Marui "Mauri"??? It's just amazing!

I've wondered that myself. It's not just a typo, either...I mean, "Mauri" doesn't even SOUND Asian.

I think with me it might be because I saw it that way when I first looked up the truck before I bought it and it stuck even though I know it is Marui. I will spell check myself better in the future lol
