I like to fill the shocks for my shelfers, for me having these cars on display is all about being able to pick up the car for a closer look, feel the smoothness of the diff & have a bounce of the suspension... for me you loose the tactility of the build if you don't fill the shocks & its all bouncy on its springsCharlie don't surf wrote:Build the shocks without oil-, just use green slime on the o rings
Fully agree - Shelfers MUST get the 5 inch test once in a while, otherwise why have them built at all???DerbyDan wrote:I like to fill the shocks for my shelfers, for me having these cars on display is all about being able to pick up the car for a closer look, feel the smoothness of the diff & have a bounce of the suspension... for me you loose the tactility of the build if you don't fill the shocks & its all bouncy on its springsCharlie don't surf wrote:Build the shocks without oil-, just use green slime on the o rings![]()
