new to kyosho buggies

Post by Dave145 »

Well the title Is a pretty good Intro here. I know nothing about kyosho buggies except for the fact thst they are good competition for the associated buggies. Here's what Im looking for. A 4wd newer buggy that comes in a roller form that can support a 6-7 cell nimh stick pack. I was looking at the Lazer ZX5 but I'm confused woth the FS,FS2, SP, etc suffixes to the name. I see that some support the stick pack and others don't. What car am i lookong for here? Are these known to be durable and reliable cars? Are their parts easy to find online? I'm used to my old gold pan, but the 2wd transmission can't handle all the brushless power from my short course system.

For current kyosho vehicles you're at the wrong adres here.
You better try the kyosho section at oople.com

A source of a pantload of information on the Lazer series can be found here:

http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric-off-road/414726-kyosho-lazer-zx5-fs-fs2-thread.html

173 pages of it. Probably 150 pages of which is a pantload, and the other 23 pages are informative.
