Ok will do. I will start a new thread. As I go through the process I will document it. I just finished one and it works and looks new. Or even better than new with the bearing upgrade. I will get started on it tommorow.
It is a couple week process with all of the ordering of parts. The actual teardown and rebuild can be done in an hour or so.

gomachv, Thanks so much for your tip on the R/C Shop out in Oregon. I called them and got the last set of #6614 Idlers that they had. They are also looking for some other parts for me at this time. Thanks again!
