Re: Just got a vasectomy
I remember the feeling, I had one done soon after my 2nd son was born. Its a great feeling to know there won't be any "Whoops-a-Baby" moments. Though occasionally the wife does get in baby mode, but its only short lived. We paid "cash" for mine, and got a discount, saved a couple hundred. And it was done by a certified DR, not Jason's guy Hung Low.Seabass wrote:Yep took the plunge about 2 hours ago. Well on my way to shooting blanks![]()

As for recovery, It will take time. I think I was sore for close to a month. The first few days were the worst, but it slowly got better. Hard part was holding my kids and cringing when my oldest wanted to jump onto my lap!
Also, Don't tell dinner company that the Frozen veggies were thawed by ur nutz. They tend to get offended.

It sounds scary and HOPEFULLY they numb ur Nutz before they go in, but not having to worry about kids is a great feeling.JK Racing wrote:one of these days I will join you...I'm just too chicken right now.

I'm a member of that club. Sorry for the late response. Been out of town for over a week. Finally some down time in St. Louis hotel for business after a loooong day!
Anyhoo, get ready for every color of the rainbow! And do not sit on your nuts!
Absolutely no noticable changes in your manliness. Output is still good too so you can still give the ladies the ol' "Angry Pirate" Arrrgh!
Blame any typos on this damn tablet! And Bob Barker will be so proud!

Just remeber that you're not steril until they say so. I had my procedure done in June. I didn't get cleared for duty until October! Be carefull! There still could be rounds in the chamber.
