Thought some of you would like to see one of my latest purchases. I've always loved the look of these old Yokomo's but it's only been very recently that I've added a couple to the collection (I've also bagged a nice original YZ834 B that I might show you at some point).
Anyway, onto the YZ10. Bought for a very good price (by my other half as an early birthday present for me
![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
), with a mountain of spares (check out how many wheels I got with it
![Laughing ](./images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
). So far I've given it a good clean which involved getting rid of nineteen year old servo tape (lovely) and serviced the dampers. I managed to get a pre-painted bodyshell off Ebay the other day for it so that'll do for a runner shell and the original unpainted shell that came with it may well get a nice custom paint job on it in the near future.
Jobs to do include the fitting of electrics. It came with a motor, an Epic (I think) Shark attack 13 turn which I'll keep in. I may well go with another colour with the wheels too and I need to fit the undertray and new shell.
Onto the pics:
