Are you looking for a hard plastic one, like an RPM? Because you can still find repro lexan ones as well as good used ones on eBay
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas Factory Works website
I had this one, and an rc10 motor plate and eyeballed it a bit ago and it looked pretty compatible, just needed to determine the best placement of the holes and where to trim. it's been packed up for moving, so you'd have to investigate it yourself.
I thought I would share with you some photo's of my Team Associated/Yokomo RC10 Gear Cover.
I am not sure if any of you are familiar with this piece but I know that Masami Hirosaka used this style of gear cover on his RC10's in...

I will be posting soon to the sell section a limited production run of covers with the red caps. The gear cover will be based on the early RC10 style cover. If I can get a hold of the Japanese version, I can offer these with a royalty fee going to...
What are the options for gear covers on the t2's? I am currently using a cover for the Thunder Tiger Phoenix XT but it really doesn't fit very well and the plastic is cheap and wants to split. I really would like to find a rpm cover for the t2 and I...

Try playing with the b4 moulded cover. It doesn't fit, but the top hole is okay, and for the bottom hole there might be enough meat in the motor plate to be re-drilled.
So after looking on several sites, it seems like most gear covers for the rc10 t4 / b4 / sc10 can work on each other. I've also seen that while only using 1 screw, you can still mount a b4 gear cover on the old rc10.
My question now is why couldnt...

just a few more notes. It doesnt have very much clearance for a thick slipper. I dont think anything beyond the basic b4 slipper will fit. The 6 gear and stealth ones do fit but there is very little free room.
I am currently playing about with a very lightened MMS car, and have stumbled across a really thick, ribbed gear cover I have not seen previously. It came with a rare Demon Dart bodyshell and one person (Jamie Booth) has suggested he thinks this...

Latest update comes from Ian Diboll who informed me that Nick Adams did indeed have a gear cover made through his contacts at WASP Racing. Still not got 100% confirmation that this is the one however.
I had 2 brand new stock ones, that I had picked up at the LHS. One for the runner and and for the shelf car. Well today, my runner took one good tumble and the gear cover split. Never had that happen until now. My question is, what is everyone else...

check out racer8838 on ebay he has some clear lexan covers for the rc10 gold tubs. I have purchased a few and they are already to go no trimming just have drill or ream the screw holes.
Does anyone know where I can buy a rpm gear cover like this one, that will fit the original rc10 motor plate? I know they made them because I hve one. I'd like to find 3 more for my other cars. The lexan ones are kinda flimsey. Thanks, Bud

The one I have I got on a rc10t I bought on ebay. Lhs is mostly planes and a few car parts. Not much help there. I guess I'll just have to keep watching for one on ebay. If I hit the mother lode, I'll let you know. :)
I'm bringing an RC10CE Stealth back to life, and I'm missing the pinion/spur gear cover. I did a quick search on Tower's website, but I didn't find either the stock one or the RPM replacement. Are they still available anywhere? If not, is the cover...

Thanks. If the B4 cover can be made to fit, I'll just use that, since they're available locally.
