My XX-4 projects

Post by Mark Westerfield »

Here are my two XX-4 projects. One a XX-4 WE shelf car, the other a XX-4 runner (that will probably get turned into a WE too).

Cool. I'm into these of late myself, building a runner when I get a chance at the end of this month.

If you got any Dremmel confidence Mark, have you thought about clamping the two chassis together and using a templete to cut a motor hole in the runner? You've probably noticed the "endbell" shape of the motor hole could use a "squareing" modification to properly fit a brushless motor can anyway. And the battery slots don't do anything but let dirt in if you run lipo.

Yeah, I have another chassis that already has that mod, but I'm going to try to run a full chassis first.
