its a older hardware store with a old hobby shop instore. got a vintage 1/12 scale bolink car with a porsche body and extra wheels/tires 1 pair has aluminum wheels, kyosho usa 1 chrome motor, andys painted associated b-2 body, 1/12 scale associated frt foam tires, and rpm chrome knock offs.

Found everything(minus the esc and motor) at a local arc thrift store for $20! I did drop in my full set of bearings and my shiny cvd's.

I tell ya, I hear all these stories of these thrift store/yard sale buys.....all I ever see is lamps and broken vacuum cleaners and other house...

So, I was out of town yesterday and decided to see if there were any hobby stores nearby. Sure enough, there was a Hobby Town there.

So I go in and notice that the store is kinda small and everything is spaced out.

We've gone over this debate many times with people urging others to support their LHS instead of all those evil online e-tailers...well, here's one experience to the contrary. Today after work I decide to stop by not one, but two local hobby stores...

So i got a couple more YZ10's off eBay, I was hoping the listing would end close to the starting price (Not very low), all looked good up till about 10 min left and someone started jacking the price up grrrrr.... needles to say that got me in the...

Finally had time to get store back online with back-order ability of the bodies turned off for now. Had to do fancy computer database stuff to be able to do this without having to update each item one at a time.
