Thanks Reg. The wife signed us up for an 8K run the morning of Thxg, so a running I will be.

Nice- I did a 5k for a school charity event. I've been too busy to run at all for the past 3 weeks (I had been doing 3 mi per day @ 10-11 minute miles) and my body is getting even with my stopping- :?
