Hello from WI
Hello from WI
A guy from work just recently got back into rc cars and got me thinking about mine. I was into it from about 85 til early 90's. I have an rc10 and could very well be a cadillac gold pan. I have it stored in my parents basement and I won't be over there until Thankgiving. I stumbled across this site looking to see if mine was still relevant. To my excitement I found this site.

Welcome aboard the board. If this site doesn't rekindle your ages-old passion for vintage RC cars from the days of yore, nothing will.

Re: Hello from WI
Thanks guys. Since I found this site I have been reading and reading and reading.lol There is a lot of great info here. I do not plan on restoring it back to shelf quality. I want to run it with occasional track days. I know I modded it but don't remember everything I did to it. I know I have a stealth trans in it and a trinity green machine motor. I think I may have rc10t front a-arms on it. I will confirm after thanksgiving and post in the buggy section.

Re: Hello from WI
Did the modding involve Swiss-cheese drilling?

Re: Hello from WI
I don't think so. I remember mounting electronics with 2-way foam tape so I wouldn't drill holes everywhere but time will tell. 6 days to go.
