And 'they' say these are kids 'toys'.....! ('They' being the uninitiated of course.) Back when I used to erm....race.....I had to make do with a lot of hand me downs (no eBay back then) and cheap battery's. I used to marvel at some of the setups that guys used to bring along just to have a bit of 'serious' fun! Then there was the need for seven packs of battery's.....one for practice, four or five for the qualifiers and one for a final. That's getting on for £350 worth of batterys.......it's no wonder why I struggled to be anywhere near competitive.
