Not if you're the driver. Garlit didn't sacrifice most of his hearing just because he gets a thrill from loud noises.
I got this on ebay not too long ago, happened to come across it by chance, bid really big on it and now have it, really well made and have no clue who if a person or a company made it.
Its so well constructed, just beautiful. I wanted to know if...

The shell is in por condition but the car is in very sperb condition.
My car has no scratch, only driven 1 hour inside.

Starting a thread about an interesting project I found some weeks ago, the Buri Racer 1/8 scale.
It is not a vintage car but basically based on the design of early 1/8 scale 4WD onroad cars as the Kyosho Fantom 20IS 4WD and the SG VCS 4WD of the...

On some tracks yes and it depends.
1/10 gas cars usually are slower. But the Buri is not a 4WD Pro10 car, the Pro10 car uses a more or less limited suspension depending on design where the Buri is 4WD but a pure old style pancar.

Lets see how good a £99 car can be!
Pics, build and thrashing to follow!

I once heard someone from MCM (shop in belgium) mention the ultima RB5 idler gear as a tested and...
Picked this up awhile ago with some other stuff, thought it was cool.
Old dragster. The tires are cracked, but otherwise it appears that it was never actually ran.
@13 wheelbase and looks to take a small nitro engine, probably @ .12 size.

Paint didn't turn out quite as I had hoped...
I use transfer tape used for installing vinyl decals and the only stuff I had is the low tack, which doesn't stick well enough for thin lines on lexan....as I found out.
haven't run this in a while......need a tire truer.
this thing handles great with the narrow rear end...quiet too.

Here is a custom built dragster based on a Parma '41 Willy's body. I can take any credit for the construction just the deep pockets it took to buy it. I purchased it off of eBay last year some time and it just sat in the box since. It was partially...
