ProLine Pro-2 Buggy!

Post by MelvinsArmy »

I came across this kit online a couple weeks ago and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to get it. It looked like a total blast, a scale looking buggy with all the latest racing specs and lots of cool little design features. It looked like pretty much the perfect r/c car. I think it might be.

The car is very, very well thought out and well designed. Check the ProLine website for specs and you'll see. Fit and finish is top notch. I think it looks absolutely killer. I put in a Tekin Brushless system and an HD Futaba steering servo, all controlled by my Airtronics MX-3. Tonight I took it for a test spin in the backyard. Yep, I believe this buggy is the best rc car on the market. It looks like a scale buggy and handles as well as a stadium truck. I can't wait to try it on the track.

As you can see in this pic, it is a bit larger than a normal 1/10 scale buggy.

Love the Proline Pro-2 stuff. I especially love that they started with producing 'hop up' parts for the Slash and eventually turned it into a full kit, not using any Traxxas parts :)

I've raced against many of them, they are great on a track.

Looks great! I've thought about trying to convert my ANZA Slash in to one of these. Get some action pics for us!
