Here you go...I also added it to my original post. Appears to be one of the handmade Hydradrives...I'd love to see the inside but I seriously doubt Gary would let me tear it open
I know this is one of the older threads on the board but it would be great to see someone have a go at a tribute/ replica of this '91 prototype. Looking at some of the handmade parts, it would certainly prove be quite a challenge....
...but not impossible!

With the '91 Stealth RC10 clone being completed, I think it's time to bring this back up in the hopes that someone makes one. It would be neat to see this go up against a Stealth at the Vonats!

It was obviously available on the XX which was released in '93 but it must have been around prior to this while it was being track tested and developed so the two were no doubt around at the same time.

Sorry reading back I got a bit pedantic and off topic , I meant no offence .
Found these while doing a Google image search for some KX-One option parts. They are from 2003.
The TF-5 proto is a single-belt design like the KX-One.
The Lazer proto uses a belt and Lazer ZX arms.

Might be that shin didnt like the zxs that theyd spent years developing and it worked really well on clay but wasnt fantastic on high grip surfaces. Didnt like Shin when i met him. Pity as the zxs made a couple of world As. They used the zxs as a...
I seem to remember someone here had a car of his that had been run at the worlds or worlds warm-up. It was in incomplete condition, but was a prototype hybrid between a late procat, early bosscat. I can't seem to find the post any longer. Can...
