motor mount compatibility?

Hi guys Im wondering if the yr4mII motor mount was compatible with yz10 870c buggies or other cars that used the 1 piece style center bulkhead mount? I cant seem to find any pictures of yr4mII to compare. It looks like there was a stick pack motor mount and a saddle pack motor mount?

Im doing with yokomo what I have done with Kyosho,, building my own version of a buggy using factory mix and match parts!

If anybody has pics of the yr4m2 motor mounts, please post. Thanks!

Is the blue anodised one? I have one of those and found you need a different length of belt.
The spur axle is a bit higher and the boltpattern for the chassis looks the same but is just bit different also. Just enough, so you couldn't use it on the previous YR-4 chassis nor 870C etc.
so, yes, you can use it but it will give you more of a hard time than advantages.
