While shopping at a plastic model shop I inquired about the tiny rack of rc parts. Turns out they had some stuff in toolboxes and bins and they let me go thru em. Found most all the bags to a C&M Team Cobra kit. Missing chassis and upper brace, those are easy enough. It's a pivot ball kit, my only one with pivot balls actually. Also had Lunsford titanium and alloy motor mount. Ball diff is a pro style, which is odd with a 32p spur gear lol

I was racing the Kyosho Stinger MK2 at our local track when it made it's debut. So I ordered one of the 1st models.

And yet another Craigslist find. Its a Tamiya TL-01 Ford Mustang Cobra. It has been well used but still looks decent body wise. Chassis is in really good shape, but needs a really good cleaning. It came with an old Tekin ESC and Futaba electronics....

They systems is awesome, I could not afford one at the time, so I settled for a Graupner Key West. The jet drive from the Graupner Jet drive was pretty neat many guys at the time retrofitted them to other Deep-Vs.
