might have obtained something cool.

Post by slim_chance »

I did some parts trading today and walked away with what i think is an A stamp Edinger but the with the stamp on the bottom (but the A looks added to it after so it may be a forgery ) Front and rear white jelly beans and working 6 gear. It has andy's parts on it and modern 8electronics. Im going to pull the electronics out and probably swap all the black andy's stuff for the white parts on my c stamp stealth gold pan. The car has been run but it seems to be all intact and drives. Im thinking shelf queen for this one even if it happens to be a re-re because its pan is in much better shape then the c stamp pan. I don't know much about the re-re cars.
it looks at home with my c stamp and aftermarket graphite cars. Don't know what its worth and don't care i just like it. Im gllade it's not swiss cheesed. Let me know what y'all think or know about this one so I at least know if i have what i think i have.

it's likely a cadillac car, but that's not a bad thing. the A stamp looks like it's actually stamped on top and distorted through to the bottom, which I have seen before. the ball cups are the second version, small hex near the cup.

nice score, especially if you are happy with it.

I am incredibly happy. This is the most complete gold pan i have ever owned i kept getting incomplete ones or graphite cars. It just fell into my lap out of nowhere

Looks good. A couple of my "A-stamps" over "overstamped" like that.

Enjoy!

Ok I'm finishing up my crawler for a competition this weekend I'm about to start on the A stamp. I have a choice for the front arms. should I use the short arms off my stealth or the long arms from my graphite parts car? The Andy's parts are going on my C stamp stealth since I'm planning on running it now that I have a stealth trans thanks to R cane
