Re: Dave's Ten4
Hi Minimini,
I had the idea to go with a pickup, but will leave that for you, that should be sweet.
I want to keep it quiet for now.
I am using the same style body shell as when I first built it 5 years ago, it will be a rebirth.
Cheers, Dave.

My god that is a lot of holes. One of the things I like about the aluminum chassis RC10's, is that little-to-no dirt or debris gets inside.

You seriously stole my idea!
I was planning to use a McAllister lowering kit and rear pan car wheels all around, but you beat me to it. I'll have to come up with something different now.

Hi Guys,
Thank you for your interest, much appreciated.
Dave, with the front arms I am using, I will not be able to use the Macallister lowering kit.
It is a game of patience now, I have a order coming from Tower Hobbies.
Cheers, Dave.

Re: Dave's Ten4
Hi Guys,
My Shapeways parts have turned up and I have been able to do a bit more.
Saying that they managed to forget the front tensioner shaft.
Thankfully they are going to send me the missing part.
I built the front gearbox everything went together smoothly, next I had to notch the steering
blocks to fit into the pan car wheels.
Cheers, Dave.

Hi Guys,
Thank you for your interest, much appreciated.
Yes Harvey nicely spotted, the arms are from Dynotech Racing,
2160 Dual Sport rear A-arms and 2161 Dual Sport front A-arms.
I approached Chad about the arms about 12 months ago and then approached him again
recently about them.
They still had rears but only one front, he said they were no longer going to be made.
I showed him my Oval Coupe build and between that and asking please, please he said he was
prepared to make some front arms for me, Sweet!
Cheers, Dave.

WOW awesome build!!!
What are the specs on the wheels/tires and how you are mounting them. I need a solution for my top speed runner.
