Oooh right. I was thinking chassis plate. Either would be cool. I have seen a set of those rockers cut out of frp. It can be done, just have to space the parts a little differently.

well I finally got the 2 piece ball cups sorted out I think. :roll: Every time I would print them the tolerances would be slightly off. I would test print 2 or 3 of the same file and none of them would come out the same. Either too tight or too loose or something. Maybe it has something to do with how they are oriented in the machine when printing? The last few test batches all came out well though, so hopefully they stay consistent in production. I'm going to dye a full set of parts (for fun/test) and have a basher together here soon. The fall is always my busiest time of year for work, but I'm finally over that hurdle and will have more time to get back on some of these projects!
