RC10 Worlds Kinwald style
I have a never ran original worlds that just needs torn down and cleaned up and reassembled. There are few rusty screws that need replaced.

Re: RC10 Worlds cleanup
Did you get the wheels and tires and body with it?
I had purchased one that was also a never ran specimen that had been dug out of someone's closet.
Mine however, was missing the rear wheels and tires, the body and the battery strap.
Looks like you will have a nice shelfer when you are done.

Re: RC10 Worlds cleanup
So got it cleaned up and started the reassembly. I need to pick up a body and electronics. Trying to decide if I should keep the stock turnbuckles or add titanium ones.

Re: RC10 Worlds cleanup
Looks great! If you do turnbuckles I would call or email Lunsford, they still sell the classic style sets that are almost identical to what the car would have had back in 94. Make sure they know you want the classic buckles and that you have an original worlds car not the rere. The buckles are shorter in the rear for the OG worlds

Re: RC10 Worlds cleanup
Ok she is all cleaned up and a roller again. I will add some titanium turnbuckles shortly and I ordered shock rebuild kits so for now the shocks are mostly dry with just a few drops of oil to keep the orings wet. When it was apart I added bearings to the steering bell cranks. Now the long serch for electronics. Need a nice Mr series motor.
