Suggestions on motor speed control combo

What would you all say the best combo would be for an older RC 10L. Would like it to be fast :-)

The bigest problem is traction, doughnuts will be plentiful. Something cheap like the Hobbywing 9t (4300kv) set to punch level 1 will still be plenty and a handful.
