the pro-se should have the 2 sets of rear suspension mounting holes and no side mounts for the 5-link suspension, same as the LXT

that seems to be the only ones you can find. I have about 6 of them. Do you know does the pro use the longer wheel base? thanks Rick

The Pro-se came with the long wheelbase chassis but was to be assembled out of the box in the short wheelbase position.
There is an adapter kit for using the long wheelbase position
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=150227814641
When It gets here I will take pics of the instruction sheet and post it.
The manuals can be found here:
http://www.vintagelosi.com/Manuals.html
The pro-se manual is just an addendum to the pro manual.

I know about the kit I just got one for the LXT I am restoring thanks. I got the book you talked about but it is very vague to say the least. I have a Pro And A Pro se they are very different. Pluse I just bought a Pre se off E-Bay but it has a Junior Two Chassis with the sides shaved off.

I think you guys pretty much covered it all. :D

As for the "pre-SE" chassis, it's possible that someone just shaved off the sides of the jr2 chassis. I'm not sure if that was something that came from the factory.
