I should let him tell the story, but quite a few years ago he was asked to go to tamyia usa
as they were working on something new, Darrin went there with a newer creation--they looked it over, then a couple of months later--selling a virtualy identical truck. (with no credit or concern to Darrin) Can't remember which one--mabey i'll call him today and find out

That slash looks awesome. I would love to see a nitro version.
He's an idiot. Comes from upbringing. His parents are probably idiots too.

I wonder if they will come out with the body in clear form? Kinda getting tired of the Traxxas box art. Seemed like they wore it out a long time ago.

I will get a set of the wheels and tires for my XX4 heavy metal project.

I was at the lhs today too, to pick up some parts. The owner says "hey you woulda' liked that traxxas slash I just sold" Too bad they are backordered for a month, I guess he thought I was kidding when I called him and told him to order me one when they were first announced. I'll get one on eventually
as for mrlexan, what are the odds that this could be the one. . .? ? ? 8)

I've had mine for a few days now. I got it from Tower with a $20 off coupon. There is now a $25 coupon for $199 orders. It's SOOOO cool. I've waited a long time for something like this to hit the market. I need batteries now.
