Right on and welcome. Please feel encouraged to enter any of your builds into the "build of the month" thread, which I assume you're aware of since you've been using the site for years. It's a delightful entertaining addition to the site.

Thanks.
I started in RC way back in 1984 when I got my first real Rc car, the tamiya grasshopper. I still have the original vehicle today, it was converted to a monster truck when I was a kid. I remember the first time seeing the RC10, my cousin had one, and it was an amazing car compared to everything else that was out. I couldn’t wait to get one. Now I have a collection of 4 buggies and 4 trucks and enough spare parts to build another. Most are shelf queens now, but I do have a couple trucks that I run. The pic is my original grasshopper truck that I recently went through and painted a Blackfoot body for it, that I had .

Welcome aboard. I'd visited this site for maybe 2 or 3 years before becoming a member. This is the best RC message board on the web, no doubt about it.

I don't think I've ever seen a Grasshopper with a Blackfoot body -- that looks awesome!!

I really wish someone would make that body in true 1/10 scale - either lexan or hard plastic. I have an HG-P407 (Bruiser clone) that I'd like to mount a Blackfoot style Ford stepside pickup body on. I just don't think that chassis would look right with a 1/12 scale truck body. It really needs to be 1/10 scale to fit with the remaining truck collection.

Anyway, I'll stop rambling on...

Welcome aboard. :D
