RC10 B4 vs RB10

This goes to show don't throw anything out, all those ill machined re-re top shafts. With how hard it is to find good shafts the badly machined ones with a spacer look pretty tempting now......

Are those Avid top shafts known to have poor QC/fitment?

Not that I'm aware of, but just about every rere worlds car had a bad (B4) top shaft.

It's a small sample size, but the one I have is fine.
