New Member, Canada - with pics
Hi all and thanks for the add
Got a call from a friend who purchased a Tamiya so I decided to dust off my old RC10 thats been sitting in a box for almost 30years. Still looked pretty clean as it really was never used much. Anyway, I lightly oiled all the bearings and checked to make sure everything was still moving that should be moving. Needless to say the batteries were shot so just waiting on some (and a charger) to be delivered. Thought I would post a few pics; Its certainly not a garage queen as its been used mostly up/down the driveway (I know, I know ). My own paintjob Cira 1991ish. Still have the original box/manuals/spare parts/decals/etc.

That's a good looking RC10. Are you going to get some on-road wheels for the rear to save the the spikes from being worn down, or isn't your driveway paved?

Thank you and yes, I have a set of on-road tires. Haven't swapped them on yet though as I plan on trying everything out on some walking paths in my area which are fine gravel.

Really nice CE ! Awesome that you hung on to your original car.
Who do you race for ?
Me……. I race for me.
That’s impossible, I was told you need a sponsor to race.

If you factor in inflation, it probably isn't too far off. At least, the non sale price.
Always looking for new and interesting ways to waste money.
