Re: EBay aluminum Rc10 parts
Are you talking about the Dhawk parts? Fit on mine were not terrible. Metal is soft. If it’s going on a show car it’s fine. You won’t add much durability with aluminum parts and they do scratch up pretty quickly so for a runner I would advise against them.
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Re: EBay aluminum Rc10 parts
Makes em faster, specially in red. Seriously you need to be careful if it's a runner. Nylon parts flex but alloy is much stiffer so stresses get passed on to the next bit in line. If you change the steering knuckle then on impact the flex can only happen in the arm and mount. If you fit the arm as well then the mount takes the hit. If you fit an alloy mount too then the chassis bends... Best left alone unless you want a pretty shelf queen.
If a jobs not worth doing then its certainly not worth doing well.

Those are the ones. I figured as much. I plan on making one a shelf queen and the gold anodized parts would look great with the gold pan.
Thanks guys.
