I've been taking a break from RC for the holidays, but not from e-bay.
I found a mostly compete T3 that was for my 'just buy it' price.
Looking the chassis it seems to be the plastic version from the pictures with some scratches.
How have people gone about filling scratches?
Would it be a good idea to sand down the chassis, collect the dust, mix the dust with epoxy, fill the gaps then do a final sand to smooth the fill?
My end project goal will be to make the chassis smooth enough to make a woven carbon fiber version of it.
