Nice winsor bud.Heres some pics of my old girl,67 XR Fairmont. Its covered in dust since its been sitting for around 3 years,I got disheartened from the constant gearbox dramas.Got a fresh one in there now but if this one blows I will track down a pan fill. Thanks for the info.Im getting it ready for an annual winter car cuise and show on the Gold Coast called wintersun. We stay down there all week, heaps of bands and stuff going on.

Wow,nice XR!
I really like the XT and XR Falcons...The XW GTHO with the 351 Windsor would have to be my fave Falcon, though.
Don't let Bearrickster see that-He has a serious yen for an XA Falcon hardtop,Mad Max style!
A friend and I once welded a T-03 turbo onto a cast iron XY Falcon exhaust manifold and blew it through the factory carbie!
Lots of smoke out the exhaust, but it got up and boogied...Until it blew up.

Nope,no 9" in my car.
Too heavy and way too much unsprung weight for a 950kg Capri!
I'm running a narrowed Borg Warner type 79 diff.
Nice and light, but has tough,4 spider limited slip head in it,with a decently sized ring gear.
Wheels?
Anything that'll fit over the XD Falcon discs and 6 pot Skyline calipers on the front!
Most probably some late model Aussie Falcon 15" steel interceptor po po rims.

To get back on topic...
The MIP tranny arrived and is gorgeous!
Well,as gorgeous as a tranny can be! :P
In almost mint condition and all there.
It's in my RC10.Bolted in real nice.
All I need is a spur gear...My stock RC10 one has been hogged out with a dremel, for some unknown reason.

Anyone know what the best spur gear to run would be?
Not too fussed about gear ratios,as it's a shelfer,or will be.
Here are some photos...Gotta get a graphite tranny brace-that plastic one doesn't look right with that killer tranny.
