Re: RC10 B1.5
That's looking great. So no shims were needed for that rear tower?
I hadn't really noticed before, but I really like the chassis color.

Re: RC10 B1.5
it should have one. i need to measure it up to see what thickness it'll have to be. just eyeballing it, might be around .015.aeiou wrote:So no shims were needed for that rear tower?
just so everyone knows what we're talking about.....
the rear tower on a t2 is 1/8" thick. it gets sandwiched between the bulkhead and the trans case at the bottom. the cf is slightly thinner than the fiberglass tower, so a shim is needed to take up the space.

Re: RC10 B1.5
little update......
i just scored a full set of ft b44 v2 shocks for the runner. super happy with the price.

one reason i wanted the rear tower to accept 1.18's.

Re: RC10 B1.5
nah, not really. i haven't had much quality r/c time lately. but, the new front arms are cut and that step was holding it up a bit.
Re: RC10 B1.5
how come ive never seen this thready...i thought i was the only one that thought this would make a great buggy...man that b1.5 is one bad mofo
do you think its a bad twilight zone episode for team associated to be re producing a buggy from yesteryear that is capable of beating their latest and greatest production buggy?
