ok,
So progress has been slow, but i have made some in roads. First i stripped the old buggy and washed ll the plastic and graphite parts in warm soapy water. Unfortunately the graphite parts don't ever look 'clean' so to speak with the different shades of the composite coming through!
First off was rebuilding the differential.
The diff did have a lot of dirt in it, but there was little wear on the diff shims or diff balls. All the bearings received a good clean and were re-oiled.
Next i started re-assembling the front hubs, caster blocks and arms.
I more or less have most parts to finish the buggy, but i still have not tracked down a new xxcrbk shell

One did pop up on ebay about 2 weeks ago but i was outbid
