i had thought it was just the front of another chassis attached to the bottom because the main chassis was broke through the bellcrank screw holes. but after i saw a composite craft noseplate, i knew that's actually what it was.
a couple of members have them on cars they've built. here's what i did with mine............

What you did with that broken chassis....amazing work!

it looks like it started life as a 6 cell slotted composite craft chassis, with the wide front kick-up.
