Yup you got it! I plan to make a quick little video but haven't had much time.

As far as making them for others....I will consider it. The bits are the hang up right now, cost about $18 just to cut that one upper and lower chassis as the carbide bits dull quickly. I am going to try some new bits and see how they go.

BTW, as far as the upper plate and bumper, I am getting mine from reign79 I just made the fiberglass one cause I wanted to see it in blue. His look original.

Try to avoid deburring bits to cut, they vibrate and torque when "routing". A Roto-zip tile and grout bit is
A multi flute twist bit that can cut in either direction and works great and lasts great.

The new bits come from the PCB cutting industry.... not sure what they are called but they cut like butter! They are take off bits but still in great shape for what I am doing. I like the routered look, if the edges are too perfect it just don't look vintage

Those are what I was referring to, they well them retail as Roto-Zip branded parts.

They are ace on CF too-
