As far as making them for others....I will consider it. The bits are the hang up right now, cost about $18 just to cut that one upper and lower chassis as the carbide bits dull quickly. I am going to try some new bits and see how they go.
BTW, as far as the upper plate and bumper, I am getting mine from reign79 I just made the fiberglass one cause I wanted to see it in blue. His look original.
A multi flute twist bit that can cut in either direction and works great and lasts great.
