Clicked on a Craig's List ad that I would usually avoid, vague title and then poor pictures. But something told me to contact the guy.mtbkym01 wrote:That's awesome, I'd love one of these, just curious though, how did you find it by accident?

Awesome find, I need to check my local Craigslist. It cleaned up really well. I agree it is screaming for some aluminum wheels.

That car is awesome! I'm a sucker for the aluminum wheels too, they really set it off.

Re: Super Champ Survivor
awsome ..... One of my all time favourites As a kid I had a Rough Rider but always wanted the Super Champ.
Re: Super Champ Survivor
Great car. The Super Champ was my first "real" rc car. Tons of fun. If I remember correctly it wieghed a ton and there was is no diff. The thing didn't like to turn at low speeds.

Re: Super Champ Survivor
of course it is off the ground - it's an Off-Road Buggy
I can't take any credit for the Rough Rider, picked it up off of ebay and for once I was please with what I received Only regret is not buying the dude's Sand Scorcher as I had no idea that his cars would be so nice, been burned too many times..............................
Only plans for RR is the double shock rear conversion.
